Cancellation Policy
Vedchakra believes in accommodating its customers to the best of its ability and hence maintains a flexible Cancellation Policy. Cancellations will be entertained only if the order has not been dispatched. Once the shipment is in transit, cancellation is not possible. In case of suspected fraudulent transactions or breaches of our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without prior notification.
Cancellation before Shipment
If your order has not been shipped and you wish to cancel, please contact our customer support at care@vedchakra.com or call us at +91-9820164379 (Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 9 PM).
Upon cancellation before shipment, refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds will be credited back to the original account within 2-5 business days upon receiving the cancellation request. Alternatively, we offer the option of refund through Vedchakra coupons for future purchases.
Usage of Discount Vouchers or Loyalty Points upon Cancellation
Discount vouchers and loyalty points (if used during purchase) will be considered utilized and not refundable upon cancellation of orders.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Return Policy
Customers can initiate a return/exchange request within 5 days of receiving the delivery. Defective products should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Partial returns are also accepted, provided the package is unopened and returned within 5 days of delivery.
To initiate a return/exchange request:
1. Contact our Customer Support via email (care@vedchakra.com) within 5 days of receiving the order, providing your order ID and details of the return request.
2. Attach images of the product, clearly showing the batch number and invoice for reference.
3. Products will be picked up within 4-7 business days upon request.
Conditions for Rejected Returns
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Without original packaging including price tags, outer packaging, and accessories.
- Tampered serial number or altered composition.
- Request initiated after 7 business days from delivery.
- Return of free products provided by Vedchakra.
Damaged or Wrong Product Received
In case of damaged or incorrect product received, follow these steps:
1. Contact Customer Support within 5 days of delivery.
2. Provide order ID and request for return/refund with clear images or video evidence.
3. Products will be picked up within 4-7 days upon request.
Refund Process for Returns
Refunds for returned orders will be processed within 2-5 days from receiving and verifying the products at our warehouse.
Refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 2-5 days for credit/debit card or net banking payments. For cash on delivery transactions, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Cancellation before shipment.
- Non-delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect address.
All refunds will be based on the original payment method used during purchase.
Changes in Policy
Vedchakra reserves the right to update its Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds Policy without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
